My Work
My artwork reflects years of study and practice in music, industrial design, and theater arts, especially in sound and lighting design in Paris, France. Through vivid color and dynamic movement, my work breaks from convention with a nod to the ancient traditions of polychrome art.

About Denis Art Eyes
I create lines and curves without constraint, allowing just a hint of abstract form and figure. Reconciling the essential and the ephemeral through color and form, I create images that are provocative, whimsical, and meditative.

Denis
Painter
It’s been said that I was born with a hand for art and an ear for music. Growing up in Southwest France, I learned to draw and paint by studying with regional artists. I refined my musical expression through years of private study of the accordion. I later earned a diploma in industrial design and manufacturing from Saint Gobain-Pont a Mousson, Bureau of Studies, Fumel, France. Freeing myself from the constraints of industry, I worked in theatre sound and lighting in Paris before returning to painting. My work has been exhibited in galleries in the USA and France and is held by private and corporate collectors.
